Located in Kuah, this open-air eatery is one of Langkawi’s oldest and top seafood restaurants because of its lively ambiance, affordable seafood price, and efficient service. There are two dining areas you can choose from which is the indoor section or the outdoor section, which is located on a sea deck overlooking a spectacular view of the Andaman Sea.

Langkawi Fish Farm Restaurant offers live seafood such as mantis prawns, lobsters, groupers, clams, mussels, squid, and crabs, all of which are preserved in big aquariums for maximum freshness. The price of live seafood differs depending on the season, so expect to fork out between RM9 and RM30 per 100 grams. Located along Jalan Pantai Kok, Kapal Layar is just a five-minute walk from the Century Langkawi Beach Resort. 17. Restoran Siti Fatimah

This is one of Langkawi’s oldest eateries, with an open buffet serving northern-Malay cuisine located in a quiet neighborhood called Kawasan Mata Air. Locals frequently swarm this place during lunchtime, where they can select from over 50 Malay dishes such as Fried Sambal Fish, Coconut Chicken Curry, Fried Chicken, Salted Fish Curry, and Papaya Salad.
