MALAYSIA TOURISM QUALITY ASSURANCE 2019-2022
Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA) is the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture to improve the quality of service and facilities for tourism products in Malaysia. Aims:
Increase customer confidence by accrediting only top quality tourism related products and services.
Classifying tourism products that are up to standards of excellence
Increasing tourists’ awareness that values quality tourism products and services.
To classify tourism products that raise the standard for tourist’s satisfaction.
To improve tourist’s trust and confidence towards Malaysian tourism products by being certified through MyTQA
To instil the culture of prioritising the usage of products of quality by honest and genuine tourism operators and industry players.
Application Guidelines
Ability to fulfil the stringent criteria set out by the various ministerial departments and the related NGOs.
Every nominated product will go through a thorough due diligence and evaluation process over a period of time.
Since the Ministry of Tourism was reformed to be solely responsible for tourism in 2004, the Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA) certification has been awarded to only 41 establishments in the whole of Malaysia.
Of this 41 recipients, the state of Kedah has got 12 establishments that have fulfil the relevant criteria and have been awarded the MyTQA certification.
The 12 establishments that hold the coveted MyTQA certification in Kedah are:

10. Panorama Langkawi (Langkawi Cable Car)

We at NAAM established 7 years ago in Kedah, operating in the Emerald Isle of Langkawi, after having fulfil the laborious and stringent quality evaluations by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC) are proud to be the recipient of 3 (THREE) MyTQA certifications.
This puts us as the only establishment in the whole of Malaysia to have the most number of certifications.
Furthermore, our join efforts have now put Kedah firmly as the state in Malaysia with the highest number of MyTQA certifications.

MATTA AWARDS 2019-MOST CREATIVE TOUR PACKAGE
The MATTA Awards is an award programme organized by Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) exclusively for MATTA Members. The Awards are presented to recognize MATTA Members’ achievement in the highest standards of service delivery for Malaysian tourism industry. NAAM World Travel & Tours has been awarded for Discover Magical Islands by Jet Ski also known as Island Hopping by Jet Ski as the Most Creative Tour Package. NATIONAL RECORD- MALAYSIA BOOK OF RECORDS-MOST NUMBER OF NATIONS RIDING ON JET SKIS
NAAM was listed on the most prestigious Malaysia Book of Records last December 1, 2017 bagging the record of Most Number of Nations Riding on Jet Skis. As the National Record-Keeper, MBR is an official body that recognises record-holders, record-breakers, and record creators in the country. Upon confirmation of a record, the MBR will issue certificates to the record holder as a recognition for their efforts.
LITA-LANGKAWI TOURISM AWARD WINNERS 2014/2015
